About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ERP Implementer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementation, training, testing, and support of various modules across our ERP products — including Construction Contracting, Manufacturing, Logistics, Pharma, and eTrading.

As an Implementer, you will ensure smooth project execution while providing expert guidance to enhance our systems and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.

• Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.

2. Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP modules aligned with business goals.

• Configure and customize software as per organizational needs.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for successful deployment.

3. Training

• Develop training materials and conduct hands-on sessions for end-users.

• Provide ongoing coaching to ensure effective system adoption.

4. Testing

• Design and execute test plans to validate functionality and reliability.

• Identify, document, and resolve issues during testing.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth fixes and updates.

5. Functional Consulting

• Act as a subject matter expert across all ERP modules.

• Provide insights on best practices and industry standards.

• Assist in creating policies and procedures for improved operations.

6. Support

• Offer continuous support for all modules, addressing user queries and issues.

• Monitor performance and coordinate system upgrades or improvements.

• Work closely with IT to maintain system integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles within the Contracting or Manufacturing industries.

• Hands-on experience with finance module implementation and support.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
