CRM Dashboard

eresource CRM dashboard provides a real time snapshot of your organization's key metrics. Using dashboard you can easily visualize the opportunities, approach, status of sales-lead in SPANCO model i.e Suspect Definition Prospect Identification, Approach -Analysis Evaluation and qualification of requirements, identification of the solution negotiation, Closing Finalization, Order Ongoing Account follow-up and Order management and sales monitoring.

Sales Lead (General Details)

Sales lead module in eresource LifeScience automates lead generation, lead tracking, follow-ups etc., in simple yet incredibly powerful manner.

• It has provision to assign lead to other sales person
• Track lead by sources, region and sales person.
• Intimate leads to other Sales and Marketing associates
• Email notifications for leads that are reassigned
• Track sales lead through the sales cycle from lead generation to closing the sale and beyond

View All Followup (Pop up)

Follow up list enables you to maintain the follow ups of all sales call. Each sale Lead / Calls can be classified as per the priorities, such as Moderate, Low and High for easy identification.

Sales Enquiry

Sales Enquiry (General Details)

Here customer enquiries regarding sales are summarized. Enquiry can be either direct or via lead. You can add General details, Customer details, Item details, Attachments over here. You can view all followups and schedule a call log from here.

Sales Enquiry (Customer Details)

In Sales Enquiry one can have all the details of the customer such as, if the customer is Existing/New/Old etc along with the contact details, designation etc, one can also have the consultant details in here.

Sales Enquiry (Item Details)

Here details of item is captured for which customer is doing the enquiry, likewise the quantity of item required,item ref.code,Item type, inventory category,delivery period etc. In other details, you can add terms and conditions if any. Also you can set user defined term too. There is a provision to edit and delete the Terms


Direct Quotation

Every business needs to process incoming enquiries, send out quotations in response to these enquiries, process incoming orders, generate invoices for orders, all on the sales side.

Quotation Via Enquiry

This quotation is made via enquiry. This form exclusively developed to create, revise/modify, monitor, submit and track complex quotations suitable for any industry. Here Item pricing captured automatically from the master. It Minimize the loss of sales opportunities.This ensures the sales representatives to obtain approval before a quote can be sent. The interactive dashboard will help to oversee the live status of all activities and the easy to use.
Here along with general and customer details, banking details are also captured.


Direct Order

Sales order is made directly with existing customer without any quotation as the rate is fixed with the customer. Here line item wise tax is allotted.
In general details tab all general details of customer is captured including the bank detail for transaction. In Dispatch details the dispatch information is captured.Which includes mode of dispatch, description,transporter name, address, dispatch date, Transport arranged by, Transport paid by etc.
In Attachment tab one can attach document if any by uploading operation.

Order Via Quotation

General Details:

Here sales order is generated via quotation.In general Details the sales order no. is directly populated from masters.All the detail of customer is captured in same tab along with banking details.

Dispatch Details:

In Dispatch details the dispatch information is captured.Which includes mode of dispatch, description,transporter name, address, dispatch date, Transport arranged by, Transport paid by etc.In Attachment tab you can upload the documents if any.

Proforma Invoice

Quotation Based Proforma Invoice

This Proforma Invoice is quotation based.Goods issue is not required before you create a delivery-related proforma invoice.You can create as many proforma invoices as you like for a sales order or a delivery because the billing status in the sales order or delivery is not updated.Data from the proforma invoice is not passed on to financial accounting.

Order Based

One can create a Proforma invoice with reference to the sales order. Create a sales order. Create the Proforma invoice with reference to the sales order. Select the billing document type . You can create a Proforma Invoice with reference to a Delivery document. Create a delivery document .Create a Proforma invoice with reference e to the delivery document. Select the billing document.


Sales Scheduling

In sales scheduling one can schedule the dispatch system which have following standard dates when scheduling takes place like Delivery date, Goods issue date, Loading date, Material availability date, Transportation planning date etc.

Packing List

A packing list is a document that includes details about the contents of a package. The packing list is intended to let transport agencies, government authorities, and customers know the contents of the package. These details help each of these parties handle the package accordingly. It also include the sales order no.,sales order date, road permit no.,packing type,etc. In this form there is facility to add scheduling details too.
