Human Resource Management

Human Resource module in eresource ERP streamlines the management of human resources and human capitals. It comprises of 4 broad sections, mainly Training, Recruitment, Payroll and Attendance. HR module in eresource routinely maintains a complete employee database including contact information, salary details, attendance, performance evaluation and promotion of all employees.

Employee Master

Employees can create their profile and keep all his updated information of their employment.

Leave Master

In this section you can set all types of leaves for employees like wise PL, SL, CL. Conditions like whether to carry forward the leave or not, applicable during probation period and leaves are encashable or not can be set in this section.

Generate Salary Slip

Once you finished generating salary you can generate an attractive salary slip for your employees. This section will give all the details of employees and using these information you can easily generate the salary slip for all employees who are in the payroll.

Leave Application

Employee will able to apply for the leave from anywhere. This section will show the employee about pending leaves, earned leaves and record of leave taken. Based on that this information he/she can apply for the leave.

Daily Attendance

eresource HRMS will give you a very effective daily attandance sheet. You can easily differentiate the presence, absence, outdoor, holiday or leave as it will be displayed in different colour pattern.

Salary Generation

Salary generation is very important task for an organization and it should be handled very sophisticately. Generate Salary form in the Payroll module will generate the salary by taking into the account of all aspects very effectively in few minutes. You will be able able to lock the salary record once it is paid and the record cannot changed or modified. There is also provision to to release or hold the salary of a employee.

Loan Management

Once the loan is approved, the loan management section will show the details of installment as per the employee's choice, such as monthly or yearly deduction. With the use of this form, the user is able to record the loan installment details.
