We had approached several ERP companies; many of them opined that adequate technology and business process did not exist in their ERP System and were ready to give it a try, but eresource were the only vendors that inspired confidence that they could accomplish the project implementation within my timeline. Mr. Vivek Jingade, personally headed the development team, we corresponded by email daily. Most surprisingly, the project was deployed on time and I MUST tell you, the ERP was beyond my expectation. Now it’s been 3 years that we are using eresource ERP. We have a complete control of our organization (including 16 depots). Service of eresource team is simply the best.
