Planning Management Module

The Planning module comprises of Forecasting based on Weighted Average, Multi Level Production Planning, Inventory and Material Planning, Capacity Planning, etc. When order is confirmed from Customer (Dealer/Distributor or end users), then, the application distributes the order into different processes. A Bill of Material (BOM) is generated and Job Card is created against each work Order. Job Card for different department is distributed separated. (Example, if it is a shutter department then job card will show the total number of shutters and its design order wise for Carcass Dept (i.e. Panel Process), system generates total number of panels, etc., similarly for all departments
